Stephen Hopwood
Stephen is our
child law specialist and Head of the Children’s Department. He has been
involved in aspects of child law for over ten years and joined the firm at
Easter 2006.
Stephen has
extensive experience in representing clients in all aspects of child law and has
particularly advanced the concept and practice of joint residence and been
involved with cases with complex foreign elements.
Stephen has
written several articles in the press regarding children issues, has very good
contacts with specialist London Counsel and psychologists. He is always happy
to discuss a fresh approach with any new client and particularly specializes in
difficult cases and those that have become “bogged down” or “written
off”.
Stephen has three
young children and readily admits that this is as important as his
qualifications and experience!
