A Free Family Legal Advice Service for Those in Need
We offer a Family Legal Advice Clinic in each of our offices – Weekdays, 9am-5pm.
Booking in advance is essential.
Please note that we do not work on a pro-bono basis and are unable to offer legal aid.
Thirty-minute appointments are available with qualified Stowe Family Law solicitors, who can assist with divorce and other family law-related matters.
Appointments can be made at mutually agreeable times during the hours listed above.
Our Family Legal Advice Clinic was launched in 2009, as a free service for those in need as the economic climate continued to deteriorate. While we do not offer pro-bono work, it remains integral to the Stowe Family Law ethos, and our clinics assist those within the community when they need it most.
Solicitors at our Family Legal Advice Clinic can discuss the following:
- Divorce & Children, including contact and residence arrangements
- Divorce & Assets
- International Family Law
- Mediation & Collaborative Law
- Domestic Violence
- Prenuptial Agreements
- Cohabitation & The Law
- Civil Partnership & Dissolution
- Rights For Grandparents
- Separation Agreements
- Change of Name Deeds
Stowe Family Law employs a 90-strong team across our 10 offices in the UK. The team also includes forensic accountants, fully-trained lawyer-mediators and collaborative lawyers.
Appointments must be booked in advance. If you would be interested in booking a free session please contact Stowe Family Law.
