SERVICES
Family Law Advice Clinic
Stowe Family Law runs free family law advice clinics to provide advice and support to individuals who require assistance on family law.
The free clinics run on a Monday evening, from 5pm until 7pm, and are open to everyone. Twenty minute appointments will be available with a qualified member of the Stowe Family Law team, who can offer advice and support for those trying to come to terms with a marriage break-up.
The clinic provides advice not just on divorce but also civil partnerships, children law and contact, as well as pre-nuptial contracts and cohabitation. The specialist team is able to advise on everything from change of name deeds to separation agreements and contact and residence arrangements for children.
Marilyn Stowe our senior partner and one of the UK’s most sought after divorce lawyers, comments: “This is such a hard time for so many people - money worries can test even the strongest of relationships. Then if relationships do unfortunately break down, people may worry they can’t actually afford to get divorced or separate because of the recession. We feel it is really important to provide this free service to people, offering practical advice and emotional support for anyone who has found themselves in that situation.”
Appointments must be booked in advance. If you are interested in booking a free appointment please contact Morna Rose on 01423 532600
