Only the Child Maintenance Service has the power to order child maintenance (as long as you both live in England or Wales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> A calculation can be made on the CMS website <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/calculate-child-maintenance\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.
