Our international office is headed up by our Head of International Family Law, Holly Lamb.
Holly is based in our Tunbridge Wells office but works across all of our locations with offices in easy traveling distance from England’s main international airports including London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.
However, visiting an office or travel to the UK is not required as all meetings and updates can be conducted via video conferencing and an online service.
The team combines a detailed technical knowledge of the law, English and international with a practical and balanced approach. With significant experience in dealing with family law cases with an international element, they have represented clients based in Dubai, Bahrain, the United States, France, Finland, Italy, Ireland and Germany among others.

- One or both parties are foreign nationals living in England and Wales
- One of both parties live overseas but have a sufficient tie with England and Wales to start divorce proceedings here

- International Child Law including relocation matters and child abduction
- Implementing and registering foreign financial orders in England and Wales for overseas clients
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements where parties have international links, assets or are based overseas
- Where the foreign jurisdiction will apply English law, because of the parties’ nationality
