Experienced lawyer, Shelley De’Worringham has joined the Birmingham office of Stowe Family Law, the UK’s largest specialist family law firm.
Shelley practices in all areas of family law with an emphasis on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation and civil partnership breakdowns. She has frequently advised on high-value cases along with multi-jurisdictional cases and cases concerning public sector pensions such as Military, Police and NHS pensions.
Within her Children Act practice, she has conducted complex child arrangement cases including contact disputes and cases concerning education, medical treatment and religion issues. Shelley also has experience of surrogacy and adoption cases.
