He has experience dealing with all areas of family law including divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation, domestic abuse, nuptial agreements and cases involving children. He has also gained significant experience acting on behalf of military personnel.
As well as family law, Kai also has experience advising on wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
Training & employment experience
After completing his Law degree at the University of Exeter, Kai undertook the Legal Practice Course at BPP in Cambridge.
Prior to joining Stowe, Kai qualified as a solicitor at a high street firm in Buckinghamshire.
His approach is to consider the individual needs and objectives of the client and he endeavours to achieve them in a pragmatic and efficient manner whilst ensuring the client’s expectations remain realistic.
Outside of work
Outside of the office, Kai enjoys watching and playing sports, with a particularly keen interest in rugby.
