At Stowe Family Law, we offer a fixed fee divorce package for couples looking to dissolve their marriage without any financial and property disputes or child arrangements.

This cost-effective solution to divorce and civil partnership proceedings ensures that you know from the outset what the costs will be without compromising the professional support, advice and guidance you need.

The fixed fee offer is for uncontested divorces and can be used if you are the applicant (person applying for the divorce) for £750+ VAT and court fee £593 or the Respondent (your spouse is applying for the divorce) for £375 + VAT (your spouse is applying for the divorce).

Please note that not all divorces will be appropriate for the fixed-fee option. In these cases, our divorce lawyers will offer an hourly rate package that is more tailored to your needs. Further details are available on enquiry.
