Solicitor Aaron Bailey has joined the Winchester office of Stowe Family Law, the UK’s largest specialist family law firm.
Aaron practices all areas of family law with an emphasis on divorce and financial remedy. He has advised on a number of complex and high-value cases involving family trusts, businesses and overseas assets.
He also has experience of child contact and residence disputes, including relocation both in the UK and abroad. Within this work, he has acted on behalf of grandparents and other family members in children proceedings.
Aaron was awarded his Higher Rights of Audience qualification in 2017, allowing him to appear as an advocate in the senior courts of England and Wales.
He said:

I adopt a personal and pragmatic approach to all my cases to ensure my clients are well-informed and put at ease throughout. I look forward to bringing this and my particular expertise in complex financial matters, children law matters and advocacy to the team.”
