Nottingham based Maria Coster from Stowe Family Law has been recognised by Resolution, a leading national family law organisation, for her specialism in complex financial remedies and private children law.
Resolution members are committed to a Code of Practice to resolve family law disputes in a constructive way to preserve people’s dignity and encourage agreements.
Achievement of the Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation demonstrates specialist knowledge and an expertise of working in a way that limits or prevents conflict and distress throughout the divorce process, whilst avoiding litigation wherever possible.
“As my practice is complex financial matters and private law children disputes it was important to me to show to clients’ that I am a specialist in those areas and stand apart from other family lawyers.
From a personal perspective I wanted to be an expert in my field and show my commitment to the practice of family law and the values and ethos of Resolution.”
Stowe Family Law CEO, Charles Hartwell said:
“I am delighted for Maria on her Resolution specialist accreditation. She has undergone an extensive assessment process and established herself at the very top of her profession. It is a great achievement.
At Stowe we now have ten Resolution Accredited Specialists at the firm covering our office network. We can therefore ensure that, whatever approach is needed, our clients are in safe hands, with the best legal representation available.”
