This comes as part of an ongoing commitment within the firm to constantly review and make genuine change and progress when it comes to diversity and inclusion. It is also part of our journey through our partnership with Inclusive Employers.
Disability Confident is a UK government initiative that encourages employers to think differently about disability. It supports organisations to take action on how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
Through becoming a committed employer of the scheme, Stowe is highlighting its dedication to a number of different actions and activities that enable more disabled people to access and thrive in the workplace.
These are:
