Training & experience

I completed my LLB at Swansea University from 2017 to 2020. I subsequently received an Academic Excellence Scholarship to pursue my Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at BPP Law School, where I achieved a distinction. I entered legal practice in January 2022 and undertook my training contract at a boutique law firm in Birmingham, qualifying as a solicitor in December 2024.

I have acted for clients in financial remedy proceedings with an international element, including matters involving Singapore-based assets and complex allegations of financial misconduct. These cases have required the instruction of forensic accountants and pension actuaries to unravel intricate financial arrangements.

I have represented clients in the High Court, most recently in a fact-find dispute in the Royal Courts of Justice concerning a disputed question of the existence of children. This case engaged a range of complex legal issues, including applications for declarations of parentage, S33 disclosure orders, location orders, allegations of child abduction and deceit, Tipstaff enforcement, and alleged CMS fraud.

In addition, I have represented clients in public law children cases involving serious non-accidental injury, child death, and adoption.

Specialisms

My practice has encompassed all aspects of family law including public and private law children cases, and matrimonial finance and cohabitation disputes.

I have a magnitude of experience in working with both victims and alleged perpetrators in serious cases of domestic abuse and coercive control in an intimate relationship.

Approach

I am known for my direct but empathetic approach. I am self driven and work relentlessly under high pressure to secure positive , cost efficient, outcomes for clients.

Memberships and awards

I was nominated for Solicitor of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society Awards in 2024.

Outside of work

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and going on long dog walks.
