Elona Smith

Training and experience

Elona attended East London University and graduated in 2017. After traveling around Australia and South East Asia for two years, they returned to the UK to complete their LPC at the University of Law in London. Elona then went on to work as a paralegal based in central London and subsequently secured a training contract.

Elona qualified as a solicitor in October 2023 and joined Stowe’s Brighton office in November 2023.

Elona has extensive experience in representing clients in court, particularly in matters related to children and financial matters.

Approach

Elona takes pride in her approach to client relationships, emphasizing friendliness and the establishment of a strong rapport from the outset. It is crucial to Elona that trust and understanding are built between her and each client from the beginning to ensure the best possible outcomes together. Elona likes to work with her clients as a team, working together to achieve the best. Having good communication with her clients is key. Elona is very understanding and empathetic, as well as being honest with her clients in all circumstances in a mindful manner. She understands that each client is different, and their wishes and feelings will vary. It is important to Elona to work these out at the early stages to make sure the strategy used with each individual client creates a clear path forwards to reach the end goal.

Outside of work

Elona stays active with regular running and gym sessions and has a strong appreciation for outdoor activities. She particularly enjoys spending her free time at the beach. Additionally, Elona shares a passion for cooking with her partner, and socializing with friends is a priority.
