Emily is a Legal Assistant based in our Cheltenham office.

Day to day role

Emily supports the lawyers preparing draft documentation, completing applications and any necessary searches, collating documents to accompany Form E’s and producing court bundles. She liaises with clients and the court, diarising all relevant dates in the lawyers’ diaries and generally assisting lawyers with tasks on a day to day basis.

Career History/Experience

Emily has been a Legal Secretary for 6 years, assisting the family law solicitors and clients and joining Stowe Family Law in 2021.

Outside of work

Emily is currently learning to sew!
