Fleur is a dedicated family lawyer who listens to clients’ needs and objectives before developing a bespoke approach to achieve the best possible outcome.
Fleur attended Brighton University and graduated in 2017. She then went on to complete her LPC and LLM at the University of Law in Bloomsbury in 2018.
Fleur’s first legal experience was in Mental Health Law, where she worked with vulnerable clients who were detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.
She started in family law as a paralegal at a firm in London in 2019 where she trained and then later qualified in November 2021. She completed a three month seat in private client but the remainder of her training has been within family law. Fleur began working in Stowe’s Brighton office in September 2022.
Fleur advises on all aspects of family law and assists clients going through a separation whether they are married, in a civil partnership or unmarried. She also has experience in dealing with children matters and assisting clients seeking protective orders from the court in situations where they feel unsafe.
Fleur prides herself on building up trust with a client from the outset. She ensures that she takes time to listen to her clients and appreciates that clients are often at a very challenging time in their lives. She prioritises achieving the best result for her clients in the most cost effective way possible. Fleur will seek where possible, to guide clients to an amicable agreement outside of court. However, where this is not possible, she will ensure that clients are guided through the court process and feel supported throughout.
Fleur is a member of Resolution.
Outside of the office, Fleur loves spending time with her friends and family. She loves to travel, enjoys good food and plays tennis when she gets the chance!
