Harriet has practised family law for the last 7 years and in that time built up a wealth of experience in a broad range of issues including divorce, financial settlements and child arrangements.
She frequently advises on emotionally charged and complex cases with elements of domestic abuse and supports her clients to secure the protection orders they need from the family courts to improve theirs and their children’s safety.
Approach
Harriet is an extremely approachable member of the team and adopts an empathetic and sensitive approach to all of her clients whilst remaining proactive and amicable.
She is a member of Resolution and is therefore committed to making the right decision for the client and to act in the best interests of children whenever they are involved. Harriet offers a variety of options and instils confidence in her clients to make the best decisions for their situation.
Training & Employment
Harriet graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2012 and went on to study her law conversion course at Nottingham Law School 2013. She has practised family law for the last 7 years.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Harriet is mainly kept busy by her family but when there is spare time she loves to play tennis, go on country walks and socialise with family and friends.
