Heather studied Law at University in 2014 and graduated with a 2:1. She went on to study the Legal Practice Course in 2016, obtaining a Distinction. Heather qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has practiced exclusively in family law since.
Heather joined Stowe’s London office in September 2023.
Heather’s practice covers all aspects of family law, such as divorce, separation, financial matters and cohabitation disputes. She also advises on a wide range of children matters, including general child arrangements.
Heather also assists with non-contentious matters, such as pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Heather has a depth of experience in children matters and is skilled when it comes to dealing with cases that involve parental alienation, controlling behaviour, claims of domestic violence (physical and emotional) and substance abuse. Heather also has experience of both emergency and complex children matters, such as relocation of children, risk of abduction and declaration of parentage.
Heather is experienced in dealing with non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Heather supports clients with her compassionate and professional approach, striving to achieve the best outcome possible. Her personable and positive attitude allows her clients the space to feel at ease and reassured by her advice and to look forward to the future.
Heather strives to deal with matters in an amicable and sensible way outside of Court, where possible. When the assistance of the Family Court is needed, Heather is experienced in supporting and guiding client’s through the process.

Outside of work Heather enjoys horse riding, reading and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
