Holly heads up our International Team and has significant experience in dealing with family law cases with an international element. Holly has represented clients at all levels in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Holly regularly acts in cases involving complex business and trust structures and matters where the enforcement of domestic or foreign court orders is required. Holly has represented clients based in Dubai, Bahrain, the United States, France, Finland, Italy, Ireland and Germany among others.

Holly also acts for parents in international cases regarding children and injunction proceedings in the family court.

Holly is also a Partner at the Nottingham family law office.

Training & employment experience

Holly attended Nottingham High School for Girls and Exeter College, Oxford, where she read jurisprudence. She completed a training contract at a top-tier Lincoln’s Inn firm before joining Stowe Family Law upon qualification.
