My experience has taught me that each case is unique so I deliver a bespoke service to clients, focusing on their needs and objectives. I am dedicated to resolving matters as amicably as possible but offer a robust approach to court litigation if required.

Specialisms
Jemma has established herself as a highly respected practitioner initially in Surrey and London and more recently in the South West and Wales following her return in 2015. Jemma deals with all areas of family law including divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements, freezing injunctions, the breakdown of civil partnerships, jurisdictional disputes, enforcement and appeals.
She advises clients from all walks of life, including professional sportspersons, politicians and high profile businessmen and women. She has particular expertise in advising clients with substantial and complex assets including offshore trusts, pensions, company shareholdings, other business interests and property as well as finding hidden assets in the U.K. and abroad.
Jemma’s cases are often heard in the High Court due to the value and complexity of the assets involved and/or an international element. Jemma also advises on all aspects of private children law from disputes regarding child arrangements and financial claims to the relocation of children both within and outside of the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
Training & experience
Jemma studied geography at Swansea University before converting to law and completing her Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has specialised in family law ever since. Jemma has led the Bristol office since its opening in February 2018.
Jemma is the Regional Director of Stowe’s London and the South East offies.
