Jennifer joined Stowe’s South West & Wales team as a Solicitor in 2022.
Jennifer studied History at Chester and graduated in 2008. She then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester. Jennifer worked as a fee earner for two major law firms in the South before training at a multi service law firm and qualifying in November 2017. Jennifer has specialised in family law for the last 5 years. Jennifer is now a Solicitor at Stowe Family Law’s South West & Wales offices; Bath, Bristol, Cardiff & Cheltenham.
Jennifer deals with all aspects of relationship breakdown, divorce, cohabitation disputes, children issues and domestic abuse injunctions.
She has a real interest and specialist experience in dealing with complex Children Act cases including cases involving international elements, representing grandparents, parental alienation and where serious allegations have been made.
Jennifer also advises individuals on the financial aspects of separation. Jennifer is a Resolution member and is therefore fully committed to promoting a constructive approach that considers the needs of the whole family.
Jennifer is also trying to make family law more accessible highlighting issues on Instagram.
Jennifer has a pragmatic, non-confrontational, approach to resolving family problems. She adopts a constructive, realistic and clear style to help her client understand and manage the potential long-term financial and emotional consequences of decisions.
Jennifer strives to negotiate settlements in a cost effective way and is a firm believer that there is no ‘one size fits all’. Jennifer is empathetic and personable and ensures that all clients are supported throughout.
Jennifer is a member of Resolution.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys socialising with friends and family and travelling. Jennifer is a keen water fanatic and can often be found sailing and paddle boarding.
