Jennifer Hollyer is a Partner at our Birmingham office.
I have over a decade and a half post qualification experience in private family law matters. I undertook my training at Stowe Family Law from 2008 to 2010 and I remained at the firm until the end of December 2019. Having obtained high quality experience working at another well respected Legal 500 firm, I am now returning to my home firm.
I am highly skilled in handling all aspects of divorce, financial settlements and complex children matters including those where domestic abuse and parental alienation are prevalent.
My experience in high net worth financial remedy cases expands across matters involving multiple businesses, pensions, trusts, intricate asset structures including offshore assets, and international jurisdictional disputes. This often also includes advice on asset protection strategies.
I have experience working closely with other experts including barristers, financial advisors, forensic accountants and pensions on divorce experts as well as life coaches, mediators and arbitrators to ensure that our clients obtain the best, most comprehensive advice possible.
I am experienced in leading a team of solicitors, empowering them to be the best lawyers they can be. I lead by example, aide in building their legal knowledge and help enhance crucial client care skills. I push my team to work outside of their comfort zone and give them the tools to climb the ladder in their own careers.
Complex children matters and high net worth divorce and financial remedies. I particularly enjoy international child relocation cases.
I am client focused to my core. I have an acute attention to detail and I approach every client with empathy, compassion and emotional intelligence whilst providing robust, no-nonsense advice which is clear and concise.
I always consider the best route forward for each and every client every time. I do my best to resolve matters without unnecessary conflict and will always consider all relevant non-court dispute resolution options whilst at the same time fighting for the very best outcome to meet our clients needs.
I am determined to do my absolute best for each client and will always go the extra mile to ensure they feel properly supported and fully informed at every stage of the process.
Travelling, reading, going to the cinema and theatre and spending time with family. I am also a mental health first aider.
