Judith has gained extensive experience in handling a diverse range of cases involving both finance and children.
Judith graduated from the University of Brighton in 2017 and completed the LPC in 2021. She embarked on her career in family law in 2018, serving as a paralegal for a small high street firm in Guildford for 2.5 years. Upon relocation to London, Judith, continued her role as a paralegal for a year before securing a training contract at a law firm in the same city, ultimately qualifying in October 2023.
Throughout her professional journey, Judith has been actively involved in various stages of family law cases. She has worked on matters from the initial stages outside of court proceedings and has also handled cases that proceeded to the final hearing stage, particularly in finance and private children matters. Her experience includes representing clients in children hearings, such as FHDRA’s and DRA’s, as well as finance hearings, including first appointments and initial hearings for occupation order proceedings. Judith’s diverse exposure showcases her comprehensive involvement in both pre-court and court proceedings within family law.
Judith joined Stowe’s Guildford office in November 2023.
