Kate has been practicing Family Law for over years.

Kate began working in Stowe’s Fleet office in April 2023.

Specialisms

Kate specialises in all aspects of family and matrimonial law including divorce, assisting separating couples, financial matters, arrangements for children including relocation inside and outside of the UK and protection from domestic abuse. Kate deals with both complex cases and straight forward matters and ensures that all client’s receive the highest possible level of service and a compassionate, personal approach.

Approach

Kate deals with all matters in a calm and pragmatic manner to ensure that clients feel comfortable, relaxed and fully informed at all times. Katie prides herself upon building a strong report with client’s and working closely with other lawyers to ensure that where possible a non-confrontational and conciliatory outcome is reached

Accreditations, memberships & awards

Kate is a member of Resolution and abides by the code of practice. If court proceedings are required, Kate will assist clients through the court process and advise of the best course of action given the specific circumstances of the case.
