I am passionate about helping people navigate a relationship breakdown and divorce, whatever the stage. Through my flexible and intuitive approach, I support clients to not just survive, but to thrive and build resilience to move forward to a new, and better life.
Experience
Kate has worked in the family law space for 6 years at Stowe Family Law, where she heads up a team creating free resources to support people going through a relationship breakdown.
During this time, she has launched a successful webinar, podcast and video series called Stowe talks, and created Stowe support, a free online portal of legal and financial information, and wellbeing support.
In 2023, she built upon this work by achieving the Accredited Professional Divorce Coach Diploma with The Divorce Coaching Academy.
Personally, Kate knows how hard this can be. She is an adult child of divorce, with her parents separating in her late 20s, and has navigated the end of a 20-year plus relationship where she now successfully co-parents with her ex.
Expertise
Kate enjoys a unique position by combining her role at Stowe, where she is immersed in the family law space, and regularly works with family lawyers, barristers, financial planners, domestic abuse specialists and parenting experts, with her coaching practice.
She works with a wide variety of clients at every stage of a relationship breakdown, with particular specialisms in unmarried couples, parenting, supporting teenage and adult children, clients in later life and menopause, domestic abuse and a thorough understanding of the processes in divorce and family court.
Approach
At the heart of Kate’s practice is her flexible and intuitive approach, to ensure she always meets her clients where they are. Using a mix of coaching tools and professional insight, she helps people explore their options and find answers within themselves. Her approach also creates the freedom for clients to reveal their truths in a judgement-free and empathic place.

A little bit about Kate
When she is not running around after her two teenage daughters, Kate loves getting out for an actual run, walks in the countryside, yoga, and time round the dinner table chatting with family and friends, with the odd glass of wine.
