Lauren studied at Cardiff University and obtained her Law Degree in 2012. She subsequently completed her post graduate studies at Cardiff University in 2014. Lauren then worked for a specialist family law firm in South Wales, taking the role of Director, before moving to a national top 70 firm based in Cardiff. Lauren joined Stowe Family Law’s South West & Wales team in September 2022, based out of the Cardiff office.
Having previously run a specialist family law firm, Lauren now advises in high-value financial remedy matters, with particular expertise in disputes involving farming estates, family businesses and complex asset structures. She advises high-net-worth clients in cases requiring detailed financial analysis, strategic oversight and coordinated expert input.
Lauren has a commercially grounded, technically precise approach and can offer strategic insight, commercial awareness and calm authority to the most complex of cases.
