Lauren studied at Cardiff University and obtained her Law Degree in 2012. She subsequently completed her post graduate studies at Cardiff University in 2014. Lauren then worked for a specialist family law firm in South Wales, taking the role of Director, before moving to a national top 70 firm based in Cardiff. Lauren joined Stowe Family Law’s South West & Wales team in September 2022, based out of the Cardiff office.

Specialisms

Having previously run a specialist family law firm, Lauren now advises in high-value financial remedy matters, with particular expertise in disputes involving farming estates, family businesses and complex asset structures. She advises high-net-worth clients in cases requiring detailed financial analysis, strategic oversight and coordinated expert input.

Lauren has a commercially grounded, technically precise approach and can offer strategic insight, commercial awareness and calm authority to the most complex of cases.

Lauren adopts a robust and pragmatic approach to resolving family law problems. Her advice is constructive, realistic and fair in order to help her clients navigate what can sometimes be an overwhelming process.

Outside of work

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys catching up on the latest releases on Netflix and (Welsh weather permitting), getting outside in the fresh air for long walks.
