I have extensive experience in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, cohabitation and nuptial agreements. I frequently represent clients in high-net-worth cases whether they are wishing to protect their wealth or ensure their financial future is secure; adopting a strategic and compassionate approach throughout.
Louise advises clients on divorce or separation. Louise’s cases typically include issues around high income, substantial and often complex business interests, trusts and substantial pensions. Louise advises on prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes.
Louise has experience negotiating and advising on arrangements for children, including specific issues about schooling and relocation out of the jurisdiction.
Louise is a member of Resolution.
Louise’s approach to her cases is thorough and detailed and her aim is to give client’s clear, constructive advice. Louise is empathetic and works with her clients to understand their needs and priorities, actively resolving issues as swiftly as possible.
Louise studied at the University of Liverpool before undertaking her LPC at the College of Law in Chester. She qualified in 2005 and has specialised in family law since her qualification. Louise has worked in Worcestershire since 2006.
Louise is the Regional Director for Stowe Family Laws’ South West & Wales offices.
Outside of work Louise has 2 young children to manage and when she is not spending time with her family and friends she enjoys cooking and spa breaks. Louise likes to be as physically active as she can and enjoys spinning classes.
