Maheen Khalid

Training & experience

Maheen completed her law degree in London, before going on to complete the Bar course and a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Cambridge. She subsequently qualified as a solicitor via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination route in November 2025. Maheen gained valuable experience in family law working as a paralegal at a West End law firm in central London, where she was involved in a broad range of private family matters, including financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes and nuptial agreements.

I specialised in financial remedy proceedings, divorce and nuptial agreements.

Approach

Maheen adopts a client-centred and solutions-focused approach. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and provides clear, practical advice to help them make informed decisions, while remaining mindful of the emotional impact family law proceedings can have.

Outside of work

When she’s not working, Maheen enjoys yoga, tennis, pilates, and travelling.
