Experience
Practising since 2019, Paula is an accredited divorce coach with the Divorce Coaching Academy, covering all areas of divorce and relationship breakdown. She also offers clarity coaching, known as discernment counselling, designed for couples trying to work out if they should stay together or separate.
In addition, Paula has experience advising parents about the emotional wellbeing of their children in primary education. She is a facilitator of Magical-U – a play therapy to build emotional intelligence to help children, teens and adults heal, and has a diploma in assisting children with autism, dyslexia and Down syndrome.
Expertise
Paula’s main areas of expertise are supporting clients to cope with betrayal due to adultery, affairs and narcissistic personality disorder, and working with women in mid-life to recognise their unique gifts, learn to listen and trust themselves, reaffirm their priorities, adjust to lifestyle changes, and perspective on life as they see it. She also holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which helps clients get rid of negative thoughts, feelings or behaviours that could worsen their health and wellbeing.
