Rachel is a partner specialising in all areas of family law, particularly in complex children matters and all issues mediation.
Rachel advises on all areas of family law with a particular emphasis on complex children matters. These cases often include internal or international relocation, child abduction or unlawful retentions as well as international contact disputes. Rachel has advised extensively on complex nuptial agreements, often where there are multi jurisdictional considerations and assets. Rachel is also highly experienced in cases where there is domestic abuse and in cases involving religious divorce, particularly Jewish Divorce (Get).
Rachel is an experienced and accredited mediator and offers both traditional and hybrid mediation.

Rachel studied Law at the University of Leeds and qualified as a solicitor in 2007, where she has specialised in family law ever since.
Rachel is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Financial Remedies and Private Children Law. This is a mark of excellence, demonstrating outstanding levels of skills and expertise in these areas.
Rachel is Accredited as a mediator through the Law Society.
Rachel is a co founder of the legal clinic at Jewish Women’s Aid, where she is also a Trustee. The rest of her time is spent enjoying her three children.
