Rashmita trained in a multi office Firm in Northamptonshire, where she was fortunate to be trained by a highly respected family lawyer, who went on to become a High Court Judge.

Specialisms

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in family law, Rashmita is known for her expertise in complex divorce and children matters. Her extensive practice has seen her advising clients across the globe, particularly in cases involving high value assets, businesses and trusts.

Rashmita also advises clients on protecting wealth through carefully drafted prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, helping to provide clarity and security in the event of future relationship breakdowns.

In addition, she regularly assists unmarried partners in resolving financial and children related disputes, always aiming for outcome that are fair, respectful and lasting.

Outside of work

Outside of her legal practice, Rashmita enjoys travelling, especially in her beloved campervan Bertha, as well as cooking and spending time with her family, who are scattered around the UK. She has a keen interest in leading a balanced lifestyle, enjoying long walks with her dogs, and exercising. Her down to earth outlook and life experience helps shape her empathetic and grounded approach to her clients.
