Rosanna deals with all areas of family law but has a particular interest in complex children and matrimonial finance matters.
Training & experience
Rosanna will be 10 years PQE on 15th July 2023. She has worked in family law throughout her entire career.
Rosanna joined Stowe’s Fleet office in April 2023.
Rosanna was the chair of Hampshire YResolution from March 2017 to November 2019 and formerly sat on the committee for Hampshire Resolution in order to promote the Code of Practice across the region and to provide training to other professionals.
Specialisms
Rosanna deals with all areas of family law but has a particular interest in complex children and matrimonial finance matters. These include children cases with allegations of parental alienation, international elements or internal relocations and matrimonial finance cases with unusual features or assets.
Approach
Rosanna considers her cases from all angles to provide clients with comprehensive and clear advice. Rosanna approaches matters from a realistic and rational perspective so that clients understand the procedure and potential outcomes as early as possible. She understands that every client’s case is different and is known for her enthusiastic but sensitive attitude.
