Sarah Hodges

Specialisms

Sarah advises on all aspects of family disputes including divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, financial family law and children issues. Sarah also has significant experience in advising on prenuptial agreements and separation agreements including unmarried couples.

Sarah is also a member of Resolution which aims to resolve matters in a non-confrontational way.

Training & employment

Sarah graduated with an LLB Honours in law from the University of Surrey. Sarah then obtained her LLM Honours in International Law at the same university. She then attended City Law School where she completed the Bar Vocational Course before cross qualifying as a Solicitor in 2011.

Sarah then trained at a local law firm before moving to a very well respected Surrey firm which serviced multiple locations around the Surrey area including London where she practiced all aspects of family law.

Sarah is now a Senior Associate at Stowe Family Law’s Esher, Guildford, Reigate & Brighton offices.

Approach

Sarah’s approach is focused, thorough and prides herself on having great attention to the finer details.

Sarah will always put the client first, adopting an empathetic and constructive approach to the sensitive issues that are associated with the breakdown of a relationship.

Outside of work

Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, going to the cinema and travelling as much of the world as she can.
