Sascha is a Legal Assistant at our St Albans office.
Day to day role
Sascha is a Legal Assistant who supports our lawyers across St Albans, Berkhamsted and Rickmansworth. She is a Resolution and CILEx member who combines experience with empathy to ensure clients feel supported and are kept fully informed as their case progresses. She undertakes case and hearing preparation, drafting and submitting documents to court as well as preparing preliminary hearing documentation and bundles.
Career History/Experience
Sascha started her career in film and television production, working for what was then the Film Commission Office for Hertfordshire based at Warner Bros Studios in Leavesden. After taking time out to travel around the world she returned to work for a Chartered body and leading membership organisation for safety and health professionals as their International Affairs Manager responsible for the management of the department and representing the organisation at various conferences worldwide. It was during her own divorce in 2013 she developed an interest in family law and was offered a position working for the solicitor who dealt with her own proceedings. With 8 years’ experience and having now undertaken a law qualification, she joined Stowe in August 2021.
Outside of work
Sascha enjoys going for long walks, swimming and time out with her friends and family. She has travelled extensively and lived abroad for four years in Sydney, Australia.
