Day to day role

Sian is a Legal Assistant at Stowe Family Law’s Bristol & Cardiff offices, working to ensure lawyers are receiving the best support and assistance. Her day to day role sees her providing support to a number of lawyers to assist them in the running of their files.

Career history & experience

Sian has worked in family law for 10 years. After studying Psychology at university she worked as a temporary Receptionist at a small firm in Newport, South Wales, progressing from Receptionist to Legal Secretary within the firm before leaving in 2018 to join Stowe Family Law. Since being at Stowe, she has progressed from being a Legal Secretary within the Bristol Office to Regional Team Leader for the Midlands and South West Region.

Outside of work

Sian enjoys spending time with her family. She has three young nieces that keep her busy and a large family unit to keep up to date with. In terms of hobbies, she enjoys playing netball for a local sports team, playing with her sister in defence – having become known for their “sister thing”.
