Tiffany Loera

Day to day role

Tiffany is primarily engaged in assisting the lawyers with a variety of tasks on divorce, finances and alternative dispute resolutions. She maintains regular contact with clients ensuring they are fully informed of the progression of their cases.

Specialisms

Tiffany demonstrates a passion for handling international family law cases, with a particular focus on supporting solicitors in Hague Convention Cases related to child abduction and international divorce. Her interests extend to both private and public children cases, as well as expertise in surrogacy and donor agreements, cohabitation cases, and the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Career History/Experience

Tiffany is currently enrolled in the MA Law (SQE1) conversion course at the University of Law, set to complete the program in 2025/2026. She holds a distinguished Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights from City, University of London, earned in 2022.

In 2020, Tiffany achieved an upper 2:1 in Biosocial Medical Anthropology, obtaining a Master of Sciences (MSc) from UCL. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology with a Community Health Sciences Minor from the University of Nevada, Reno in the USA, also securing an upper 2:1.

Accreditation’s, memberships & awards

Tiffany has been an active member of Resolution since December 2023, contributing to the legal community’s collaborative efforts. Additionally, she holds a membership with the Bar Human Rights Committee of England & Wales since December 2023, showcasing her commitment to human rights advocacy.

Her dedication and excellence in Public International Law were recognized with The City Law School Prize for Excellence in 2022 at City, University of London.

Outside of Work

Tiffany enjoys traveling abroad, reading in her free time, and trying new recipes through baking.
