The cost of your case will depend on your individual circumstances, the complexity of the issues involved, and how your matter is resolved. Reaching agreements constructively and at an early stage can often help reduce legal costs.
Most of our clients resolve matters without going to court. In fact, 94% of our cases are settled outside of court, so the estimates on this page reflect the costs of a typical non-court resolution. If court proceedings are likely to be necessary in your case, our team can provide guidance on the potential costs involved.
Our pricing table provides an estimate based on the majority of cases we handle. Once we understand your circumstances, our team will recommend the most appropriate approach and provide a clearer indication of costs tailored to your situation.

For Guided support, you will pay the hourly rate needed to complete the tasks you have chosen.
With this option, clients will have minimal support:
This option is only suitable for straightforward, uncontested divorces and will not cover any children issues or separating financial ties. If you do an online divorce without breaking financial ties, your spouse could make a claim against your finances, pensions and assets in the future, even if you believe there are no marital assets. We can help protect you from any future claims through our Consent Order service, which we can provide through our full support, or guided support services.
If you’re still unsure which is the right option for you, our find your service page can help.

After your free, no-obligation consultation with our Client Services Team, you’ll have the opportunity to book a paid Initial Strategy Meeting with one of our lawyers.
During this meeting, your lawyer will take the time to understand your circumstances, goals and any complexities in your case. Using this information, they’ll prepare a personalised cost estimate tailored to your situation.
Your estimate will outline the costs you can expect at each stage of your case. It will include the likely costs of resolving matters outside of court, as well as an indication of potential additional costs if court proceedings become necessary.
