Stowe Family Law announces the acquisition of Crisp & Co Solicitors

Stowe Family Law (Stowe) announced today it has acquired Crisp & Co Solicitors, a specialist family law firm with 17 offices across England, including Kingston, Central London and Manchester.
Acquiring the business will strengthen Stowe’s status as the UK’s largest specialist family law firm. The acquisition will build upon the firm’s presence in London, adding over 10 new locations to its portfolio in the capital, and further offices across the south of England, stretching from Brighton to Bath.
The addition of Crisp & Co to the team will increase the firm’s ability to support clients facing family law issues, including divorce, child arrangements and financial matters, while continuing to offer tailored solutions to meet individual client needs.

Acquired by private equity firm Livingbridge in 2017, Stowe has grown into a network of nearly 80 offices across England and Wales, with over 160 specialist family lawyers and one of the country’s largest portfolios of family law work.
The acquisition is the third for the firm, following the successful acquisitions of both Chapman Pieri in April 2022 and Watson Thomas Solicitors in February 2023.
