Approach

From the outset, i would want to know what my client’s objective is and help provide guidance on how achievable this is. The breakdown of the relationship is a difficult time for many and can become more daunting and complex where there are assets and/or children to consider. I want to guide client’s through this process and, where cost effective to do so, will often represent client’s in Court so they can feel I am taking them through as much as of the legal process as possible. Where reasonable to do so, I want to try and avoid contest court proceedings as a resolution outside of Court can be faster and less stressful.
