I support clients through all stages of the divorce journey, from deciding whether to leave, making the decision, through the process and moving on after the divorce. I empower clients to make confident decisions and minimise conflict through practical steps and advice to create a positive future.
Previously a primary school headteacher, Cath has worked with many families and children. In 2020, she completed a Transformational Coaching Qualification and then chose to specialise in divorce coaching and draw on her experience of her own divorce. This led to Cath completing a Professional Divorce Coaching Diploma with The Divorce Coaching Academy. She has now been coaching clients for several years and supporting many more through support groups.
Cath specialises in minimising conflict, supporting children and creating a positive co-parenting relationship.
Cath’s coaching style is warm, reassuring, and down-to-earth, combining empathy with a pragmatic approach. She provides clear, practical steps to help clients feel empowered and in control of their decisions, while offering a safe space to manage emotions and anticipate challenges.
Accredited Professional Divorce Coach Diploma; Transformation Coaching Diploma; Member of Association for Coaching; Domestic Abuse Training; and Safeguarding Training.
Cath loves to travel to new places. When she’s not working or travelling, she enjoys walking in the countryside with her partner and spending time with her family and friends.
