Chelcie Evans

Training and experience 

Chelcie attended Westminster University and graduated with a Law Degree in 2016. She then worked as a legal secretary in the Family department at a firm in Worcestershire, working her way up to paralegal. She obtained her training contract at the same firm in 2018.  Chelcie switched firms mid-way through her training contract and finished the contract in the family department of a regional firm in Warwickshire. She qualified in June 2020. Chelcie began working at Stowe’s Leamington Spa office in October 2022.

Specialisms 

Chelcie has a varied caseload including divorce, finances, and children act matters. She deals primarily with finances, including high net worth cases. She has successfully concluded financial cases involving significant assets and the non-disclosure of assets. She also has experience in complex children act matters that have included allegations of rape, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and parental alienation. Chelcie has successfully managed and concluded cases involving s16.4 Guardians, Finding of Fact hearings, and contested final hearings. She has also acted for vulnerable clients who have experienced Domestic Violence and has experience representing clients’ in Court in relation to Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.

Approach 

Chelcie’s approach is giving practical, honest, and reliable advice. She understands how difficult contacting a solicitor can be and strives to make each client’s experience as good as it can be whilst they are going through an incredibly difficult time in their life. She has been frequently praised for making clients feel at ease whilst getting to the root issues of a case. Chelcie tries to ensure that each client feels in control of how their case progresses and supported by her and the legal advice she provides. She has a meticulous eye for detail and aim to provide each client with an exceptional level of service.

Chelcie is the Chairperson of the Warwickshire Junior Lawyers Society.

Outside of work

When Chelcie is not working she likes to walk her two rescue dogs; Bella and Max. She also enjoys playing netball and attempting to make clothes using her sewing machine.
