Training and experience

I worked as a Family Paralegal at another firm for 10 months, having previously worked as a Family Law Secretary for over a year.

Specialisms

I enjoy all aspects of family law. I find both financial and children matters interesting because they each have their own challenges. I also like that family law requires some creativity, as every case is different and often requires you to think outside the box.

Approach

I am a very approachable and understanding person, so clients should choose me if they are looking for someone who is patient and takes the time to understand their situation. At the same time, I am very thorough and will make sure every detail is looked at carefully so that nothing is overlooked.

Accreditations

I was awarded the NCL+ Award from Newcastle University.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I love reading fiction, which is probably how I spend most of my free time! I also enjoy baking sweet treats, playing the piano, going to the gym and spending time with my cat, Esme.

Charity work

I have previously volunteered with Brownies and Citizens Advice, both of which were really rewarding experiences. I also took part in the GNR 2026 and raised money for Myeloma UK, which was a great opportunity to support a cause that is important to me.
