Daniela Da Silva

Training & experience 

Daniela read Law at the University of Surrey, following which she completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London, Holborn.

Daniela worked as a Family Paralegal for two years before undertaking her training contract with a Legal 500 firm. Daniela qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023.

Daniela has complimented her private practice with voluntary work for the National Centre for Domestic Violence, BPP’s Family Law Clinic, the Brent Citizens Advice Bureau and the Mary Ward Legal Clinic.

Daniela joined Stowe’s London office in August 2023.

Daniela specialises in divorce and separation, the division of financial assets following the breakdown of a marriage and private law children matters.

Daniela prides herself on providing her clients with high-quality, tailored and pragmatic advice in a calm and personable manner. Daniela is methodical and has a keen eye for detail. Daniela aims to conclude matters in a sensitive and amicable fashion; however, she will take a robust approach where necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Outside of work

Daniela enjoys an active lifestyle; Daniela regularly plays tennis, table tennis, badminton, rounders and football.

Daniela is also a keen traveller, having recently travelled to Mexico, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.

Daniela speaks conversational Portuguese and is receiving tuition to achieve full fluency.
