David has experience in dealing with all areas of family law including divorce and financial settlements, domestic abuse and children matters.
David is a member of Resolution and is committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and amicable way. He understands that breakdowns in relationships can be an extremely emotional time and adopts a compassionate and caring approach to assist the client.
David takes pride in providing excellent client care and building relationships with clients. He will endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients and will strive to achieve a positive resolution without the need for Court proceedings and in the most cost-effective way. In cases where such proceedings are necessary, he will put across his clients views and takes a robust approach where necessary.
David studied Law at Northumbria University, graduating with first class honours.
David qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has worked exclusively in family law since, in both private practice and at the Local Authority.
David joined Stowe Family Law’s Newcastle team as a Solicitor in December 2021. He also supports the North Shields team.
David was shortlisted for Rising Star at the Legal 500 Northern Power House awards 2024.
