Elaine Morrison

Training & experience 

Elaine commenced her legal career as a paralegal at Duncan Lewis Solicitors in 2012. She successfully completed her training contract at the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. In 2016, Elaine joined Crisp & Co Solicitors as an Assistant Solicitor. Her dedication and proficiency led to promotions, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate, and eventually reaching the position of Partner during her tenure at Crisp & Co. Elaine attained Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation in 2022, specialising in private law children and financial remedies. Her professional achievements were acknowledged in the 2024 Legal 500.

Elaine joined Stowe’s London office in December 2023.

Elaine employs a constructive and holistic approach to conflict resolution in her practice. She prioritises addressing the needs of the entire family unit. Embodying the belief that amicable resolutions to family matters can mitigate the enduring financial and emotional repercussions of disputes, her ethos revolves around fostering cooperation and understanding in resolving conflicts.

Accreditations, memberships & awards

Elaine is a member of Resolution and has earned the distinction of being a Resolution Specialist, accredited in both Children and Complex Financial Remedies. She is an active member of The Surrogacy Network and spends much time developing connections with other professionals in the field of Surrogacy and Fertility Law, in order to provide a holistic service to her clients.

Notably, Elaine received recognition in the Legal 500 2024.

Outside of work

Elaine enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Her interests include dining out, attending the theatre, and indulging in reading.
