Faye assists client’s with all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters. She has experience in cases involving significant wealth, including pre-marital and inherited wealth, complex businesses, pension arrangements and multiple properties, as well as advising on cohabitation disputes and arrangements for children, including those with an international element.

Approach

Faye is straight-talking and pragmatic, an excellent litigator as well as being adept at supporting clients to use alternatives to court. She is known for her dedication and commitment to helping clients move on with dignity, respect and confidence.

Training and experience

Faye undertook a law degree at the University of Surrey, followed by the LPC at the College of Law. She completed her training contract and began her legal career as a family lawyer at one of the UK’s largest law firms based at Chancery Lane in the City of London. She then went on to become a successful Associate and Senior Associate at leading law firms in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire and later at a niche family law firm in Milton Keynes, before joining Stowe Stony Stratford office in September 2024.

As a member of Resolution and the Chair of Resolution Milton Keynes, Faye is committed to a constructive and collaborative approach to resolving disputes and promoting an amicable and concillitary approach.

Outside of work

Faye is a very sociable person and loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as keeping active by going to the gym and walking the dog.
