Jo Childs

Day to day role

In Jo’s role as Regional Team Leader for Yorkshire & the North, she looks after a team of 7 legal assistants and 2 post room assistants.  Part of her role is as a Legal Assistant and she currently supports 3 family lawyers providing assistance to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

Career History/Experience

Jo has worked for many years as a legal secretary prior to joining Stowe Family Law.  She was promoted to Office Manager of our head office in Harrogate a few years ago and most recently the role of Regional Team Leader for Yorkshire.  She started work at Stowe in 2006 with a break when the family moved to Cyprus for two years.

Outside of work

In Jo’s spare time she enjoys reading, long walks with her dog, yoga, listening to music usually whilst cooking and spending time with family and friends.
