Kiren has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, matrimonial finances, and private children law. She has handled finance cases from their initial stages through to final hearings, and has dealt with complex issues such as allegations of abuse and parental substance abuse in child act proceeding cases. Of recent, Kiren successfully represented a client in obtaining permission to remove a child from the jurisdiction to live abroad.
Known for her empathetic and robust approach, Kiren provides clients with supportive, realistic, and tailored legal advice. She emphasises understanding her clients’ objectives and advocates for alternative dispute resolution where possible, believing that court proceedings should be a last resort.
Kiren graduated with an LLB from SOAS University of London in 2018 and achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2019. She began her career in family law by joining a London-based family law firm as a paralegal in 2020. After securing a training contract, Kiren qualified as a solicitor in April 2023.
Outside of her professional life, Kiren enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring different cultures, and trying traditional foods, as well as spending quality time with her family.
