Maariyaah Zamir

Maariyaah possesses extensive experience in engaging with clients, adeptly navigating conversations both over the phone and in person. Recognizing the sensitivity inherent in the situations her clients face, she understands and delivers the support required during these challenging periods in their lives. Maariyaah’s interpersonal skills and practical approach contribute to her effectiveness in providing valuable assistance and guidance.

Career History/Experience

Maariyaah achieved a First Class LLB Law (Hons) Degree and recently achieved a Commendation in her LPC LLM from the University of Law in Leeds. In 2019, she dedicated her time to volunteering at a Law Clinic with the Citizens Advice Bureau, working under the guidance of a family law barrister. Her responsibilities included assisting with cases primarily focused on divorce and children’s matters.

In July 2022, Maariyaah began her journey with Stowe as a No Fault Divorce Legal Assistant. Demonstrating her commitment and expertise, she transitioned to her current role as a Legal Assistant in the Leeds office in September 2023. Prior to her tenure at Stowe, Maariyaah gained valuable experience working at the Family Court in Leeds for a span of 2 years, where she provided support to Circuit Judges.

Outside of Work

Maariyaah finds enjoyment in exploring diverse cuisines. Beyond her culinary adventures, she enjoys immersing herself in the world of literature through reading and spending time with her family.
