Mohit is experienced in all areas of family law including divorce, financial settlements on relationship breakdown (including cohabiting couples) and private Children cases. He has worked on complex children cases including those relating to contact, relocation and fact-finding hearings.

Training and experience

Mohit qualified as a Solicitor in January 2020 with Duncan Lewis Solicitors. Since qualifying, he has worked at specialist family law practices, gaining extensive experience across all areas of private family law, with a particular focus on financial remedy and private children matters.

Mohit advises and represents clients in matters involving divorce and separation, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and financial disputes arising from relationship breakdown. He is committed to providing clear, practical advice and achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Mohit is a member of Resolution and also currently working towards specialist accreditation in children law and complex financial remedies.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Mohit enjoys travelling and exploring new destinations. He is also a passionate football supporter and a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan. One of his personal ambitions is to swim in every ocean in the world, combining his love of travel with a memorable challenge.
