Niamh has experience in a broad range of family matters including divorce and financial settlements, child law issues, cohabitation disputes and pre/post marital agreements. Niamh also deals with issues surrounding domestic violence and occupation of the family home.
Niamh is a member of Resolution and is committed to resolving disputes in a non- confrontational way where possible.

Training & Employment
Niamh achieved a First Class Law degree before qualifying as a solicitor in 2014. Niamh spent over 6 years in a high street law firm where she trained and qualified. Before joining Stowe’s Esher team in 2019, Niamh worked for a reputable Legal 500 Central London firm. She is now Partner at Stowe Family Law’s Esher, Guildford & Brighton offices.
